1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services of AstroVra Fire Institute you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activities under it. Provide accurate and updated information at all times.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases are billed per learner. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are available within 14 days if the learner has not started the course. Taxes may apply.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse services, attempt to access without authorization, interfere with operations, or use materials in violation of laws or third‑party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to AstroVra Fire Institute. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use courses for internal training.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the prevention of incidents or compliance outcomes; your facility controls and diligence are essential.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroVra Fire Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using services at any time. Certain sections survive termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
